Industrial Luxury in Midtown!
Renovations were begun on this nearly 6,000 square foot Industrial style home in the Midtown area of Tulsa in October. The modern home built in 2008 sits on an acre and is walking distance from the beautiful Philbrook Art Museum. Along with the substantial main house the property also features a moderate sized pool, as well as a fully guest house built in much the identical fashion as the main house, only smaller.
The renovations will include a redesign of the landscape of the front and back grounds including a stainless steel Schopper basin fountain.
